We could not be happier with the amazing turnout we had for T. Allen Lawson's "Hometown" Artist Talk and Reception on November 15th, 2018. We're still gathering the numbers, but it's estimated that just at the reception, held here at SAGE, we had approximately 300 people throughout the night. The WYO has told us that at the Artist Talk, there were even more!
Red Velvet Bakery sponsored all the amazing food, and Luminous Brewhouse donated their "kegerator" so guests could enjoy beer. We also had the folks from Killy's Spirits & Ales as our bartenders, pouring wine from Killy's.
Although SAGE Executive Director, Kate Harrington, was able to thank most of our sponsors her introduction at the Artist Talk, there were a couple of special ladies that she wanted to mention:
"A giant thank-you to my dear friend, Barbara Walter. The Tim Lawson show would never even have happened if she hadn't re-introduced us. Love this woman!"
Kate also wanted to extend a special thank you to Sue Simpson Gallagher of Cody, WY: "A heartfelt thanks to the extraordinary Sue Simpson Gallagher, who made all the difference. This 15-month adventure leading up to the Tim Lawson show has been a joy. The most fun girl I know!"
Thank you once again to all our sponsors and volunteers for the show, Artist Talk, and Reception:
